Sewing conveyor with bag slider width 0.35m x length 3.0m (SB 3000)

Standard equipped with:

• Filling boards and guide fences.
• Stops automatically at sewing position.
• Adjustable in height.

Roller conveyor 8 rolls input 10 – 50kg (RC 8-80)

• Roll diameter Ø80mm.
• With timing belt drive, eliminating the need for lubrication.

Roller conveyor 8 rolls input + supply conveyor width 0.55m x length 1.0m (only in combination with sewing conveyor/bag slider)(RCB 8-80+)

• Roll diameter Ø80mm.
• With timing belt drive, eliminating the need for lubrication.
• Combined with the supply conveyor it is possible to buffer 1 extra bag.

Roller conveyor 12 rolls input 5 – 50 kg (RC 12-50)

• Roll diameter Ø48mm.
• With timing belt drive, eliminating the need for lubrication.

Collection flap 1 – 2 bags ≤10kg (CF 2-10)

• With this option 2 bags of 10kg or smaller can be placed on the pallet at the same time.
• Combined with the right stacking pattern, the capacity can reach 900 bags per hour.
• This option can only be combined with 2 supply conveyors.

Supply conveyor width 0.55m x length 1.65m  (CB 1650)

• Adjustable in height and equipped with guide boards.
• Standard equipped with 1 photocell for controlled input of bags.

Drop conveyor width 0.80m x length 1.30m (DB 1300)

• Adjustable in height 250 – 700mm.
• Equipped with 2 photocells for controlled input of bags, so 2 bags can never enter the machine at the same time.

Drop conveyor width 0.80m x length 2.20m (DB 2200)

• Adjustable in height 250 – 700mm.
• Equipped with 2 photocells for controlled input of bags, so 2 bags can never enter the machine at the same time.

Drop conveyor width 0.80m x length 3.50m (DB 3500)

• Adjustable in height 250 – 700mm.
• Equipped with 2 photocells for controlled input of bags, so 2 bags can never enter the machine at the same time.

Drop conveyor width 0.80m x length 5.30m (DB 5300)

• Adjustable in height 250 – 700mm.
• Equipped with 3 photocells for controlled input of bags, so 2 bags can never enter the machine at the same time.

Roller conveyor pallet output, including pallet section on the wrapper (PC 1-2)

• The pallet output roller conveyor is driven by the machine. The roller conveyor of the wrapper is mounted sloping, so that the pallet rolls automatically onto the wrapper.

Extra roller conveyor buffer unit for full pallets (APU 1)

• To guarantee high capacity, a buffer unit is essential. It provides more space in the output of full pallets so the palletizer does not have to stop stacking.
• Units can be connected modularly.

Conveyor for pallet supply (APD 1)

• Whit the output of the fully loaded pallet, this conveyor will supply 1 new pallet. The palletizer will automatically pick up its program.
• Suitable for 0.8 x 1.2m / 0.9 x 1.2m / 1.0 x 1.2m / 1.2 x 1.6m pallets.

Pallet dispenser (APD 12)

• This dispenser can store +/- 12 pallets. The dispenser automatically supplies new pallets into the palletizer.
• Suitable for 0.8 x 1.2m / 0.9 x 1.2m / 1.0 x 1.2m / 1.2 x 1.6m pallets.

Hpw 3500 wrapper

• This wrapper is connected to the palletizer. On the Touch panel of the palletizer, the number of wraps and the position of the turntable are adjustable.
