HPW 3500

The HPW 3500 is a turntable wrapper. The platform rotates while net or foil is stretched around the load. You decide the number of wraps at the bottom of the pallet, the speed of wrapping going up, the number of wraps at the top of the final position and how fast the machine wraps going down. The position of the wrapper behind the pallet output of the palletizer can be adjusted to any desired position. Also, the position for the forklift to pick up the pallet from the wrapper is adjustable. This makes the wrapper flexible to fit into the available space. The HPW 3500 has a mast height of 2.5m and a turntable of Ø1500mm.
